I want to tell you guys the story behind my recent EP I released this past summer.
I started working on this EP last year 2017 and I ended up moving and getting a full time job at a factory, and when I moved my passion for music slowly drifted away. I never had time to work on music, when I got home from work I was always very tired and never got anything done. I could have made a way to make it work and sometimes did, I made a couple of singles but not as much as I could be doing. Slowly as I stopped pursuing my dreams and calling I was slowly dying. "When your not pursuing your dreams you are committing spiritual suicide." I can't remember where I heard that quote but it is true, as I stopped pursuing my dreams I started sinking into depression. My job kept getting worse and taking my time and making me work every weekend and 10 hours a day. It was very good money! But I never had time to do anything but to go to work, sleep and go do it again. I couldn't even see my family on the weekends and I sunk deeper and deeper into depression and got very good at hiding it, and slapping on my happy church face when I went to church or visited family, deeper and deeper I sunk. Work overtime kept getting worse I took a short vacation and ended up injuring myself and physically couldn't work for a week and lost my job! 
 After that all happened I finished Metalcore Symphony within 1 WEEK!!!
I poured out EVERYTHING INTO IT!!! All the pain and depression, the agonizing pain I had carried with me for nearly a year. Every last note you hear on Metalcore Symphony is not even close to all the tears I shed while I was making it!
  Each song has a small story behind it.
Basically the story line is about a lone warrior named Fierce Heart  travelling on a journey to a place God will show Him, he has a lot of highs and lows, meets brothers to accompany him on his journey but end up abandoning him along the way when things get rough.
  On his journey Fierce Heart he encounters a group of brothers to join Him on his journey and they climb a great mountain, as the road gets rough and the path hard to follow the brotherhood leaves him to go back to where they came from. Fierce Heart is devastated but knows he must press on, so he keeps going and finally makes it to the top of the mountain God gives him a vision of where he is going and who he will become, he can see his goal very far off, it is still such a long treacherous road ahead but all Fierce Heart can see is his goal and it is all he thinks about as he heads toward the valley.
  He presses on with his goal in mind and approaches the Valley Of Shadows, as he gets closer an eerie dark cloud starts to blot out the sun, and it becomes very hard for him to see clearly.Many voices echo on the darkness saying,"Turn Back" "You are going to die" "You will never make it" "Give up now" 
  These voices echo and echo and soon Fierce Heart begins to forget his goal, his vision of where he must go. He becomes lost for nearly a year wandering this valley of darkness and becomes a slave to these voices. He believes every word they tell him and that he will die in this great darkness.
  A voice calls out to him, it was unclear what it said, because it spoke among a thousand other voices, but then it spoke again. This voice was different from the rest, it was comforting and very still, a very small voice but it kept echoing, slowly blocking out all the others, then finally clear what it said, "Come to Me My Son, My Child have You Forgotten Who You are and Where You are Going?" His voice kept echoing, Fierce Heart finally woke up from what seemed an eternal living nightmare! He couldn't see through the darkness but he focused on the voice he was now hearing very clearly. 
  He finally made it to a clearing and the voice said,"Prepare Yourself." an enemy stands at the exit, he is e great enemy and will send you back into the valley with lies. Here is My Word  to be your sword , the faith that comes from my word will be your shield against the arrows of hell, righteousness will be your armor when he tries to deceive you this belt of truth will keep you from the deceiver who uses lies to make you weak, you must not forget who you are, when you fail in battle I will remind you who you are,"You are My Child and My Warrior, I AM WITH YOU WHEREVER YOU GO.
  Fierce Heart presses on, scared to death his hands shaking but he knows God is with him and he prepare himself for war, he studies the word as he goes and his shield of faith grows stronger and stronger, and he remembers the truth of The Word and is prepared to strike down the enemies lies. 
  The gate is getting close, but a great serpent, a dragon unlike any other stands at the gate!
